About Neil
Neil has been a full-time freelance travel writer since 1988, working on more than 90 guidebooks for various publishers, including the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ guides to Scotland and Edinburgh. He lived in Edinburgh for 30 years before moving to Perthshire and is still a frequent visitor to the capital, visiting old haunts and seeking out new restaurants, bars and cafes.
