New Zealand is my homeland, but I’ve been itinerantly bouncing around the globe for a decade, and in the process learnt that ‘home’ can be here, there and everywhere. As a freelance writer and photographer, it’s the perspective shift that travel offers that keeps me hooked - constantly examining all the different ways to live on this planet, and trying them on for size as I go along. I’m a big fan of loose plans, heading to places where I can slip into a more meaningful, local rhythm and not just feel like an intrusive cliche. Since joining ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ in 2023, I’ve always written from my hometown of Queenstown, NZ, while resetting between trips!
